    2. Reducing operator burden of manual tasks that prevent them from being able to focus on value-added critical tasks: This doesn't always mean automation. Typically for us, it involves removing processes that transfer material manually or require constant adjustment of equipment for run parameters. The more we remove these wasteful tasks, the better value-added efficiency we can create for our operations team.
